"Needed to upgrade from my two-bedroom apartment for a bigger space; a house. Right from step one, when I applied online, they assigned me with the perfect Realtor. Got me a great offer on it and was helping me narrow down new joints out near a fantastic school district."

We also highly recommend that - if you are buying a home and need a mortgage - you work with one of the best Erindale mortgage brokers at: How do I know this is trustworthy? We are fully licensed real estate professionals ourselves, meaning that we must follow all rules and regulations in place in Ontario. All our Realtors are fully licensed and top professionals. Our service has great reviews, amazing feedback and we have dozens of happy customers. In addition to this, there is no obligation - if you don't like the Realtor we send you, we will send you another one - however, this has yet to happen in the years we have been running this service. Finally, we don't make any money unless you are happy (see the next section). We charge our Realtors a small fee - but they only pay it if there is a closed deal. So, if we send you a terrible Realtor who is useless and can't buy or sell a property for you, we don't make any money. This is why we only work with the best Realtors out there - otherwise we would not make any money ourselves. It is a win for us, a win for them and a win for you. We serve the entire GTA and surrounding areas - not just Erindale. In fact, if you're interested in the surrounding areas around Erindale, check out our Lakeview Realtor and our Lorne Park Real Estate Agent services. Erindale is an historical neighbourhood located within the central part of the city of Mississauga, west of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Erindale is named in honour of the birthplace of the first rector of the village, Reverend James Magrath from Erin (Ireland).
It runs along Dundas Street West.
The centre of the old village is just to the east of the Credit River valley. A large campus of the University of Toronto, known as University of Toronto Mississauga, is located on the west bank of the river.
The "Indian Trail" became a military road and was named Dundas Street after the British Secretary-at-War, Henry Dundas.
The Credit Village developed along Dundas Street, settled mainly by people from the bustling Town of York (now Toronto.) By 1809 there were 185 settlers in the area. Sawmills and grist mills were built, powered by water diverted from the river. Most of these settlers were United Empire Loyalists from the former Thirteen Colonies to the south or from settlements in Atlantic Canada, especially New Brunswick.
The Credit Village became Springbrook, then Springfield and finally Erindale. Plank roads were laid over the mud of spring and fall and Erindale became a main stopping place for stagecoaches travelling between Toronto and Hamilton.
