If you're a Realtor who has a listing and you're wondering why it's been marketed and shown on our site, the answer is very simple: this is completely TREB approved and actually run through their system.
When you filled out the TREB listing form, you actually agreed to this.
If you have any questions about why this is happened we strongly suggest you talk to your head broker, who can explain to you how this system works and how you can opt out of it for future listings (if you don't want your listing to be marketed for some reason).
We will not be able to adjust or remove the listing - it comes from TREB and we can't tell them not to send us listings.
